We ask that you arrive approximately 20 minutes before departure time at our ticket office located at the port.
Yes, people with reduced mobility are allowed on board.
Our captains will take care to help you board and disembark safely.
We recommend that you bring:
a light jacket depending on the weather conditions, a hat or cap, sunscreen, a swimsuit, and a towel.
And above all... don't forget your eyes so you can admire the magnificent scenery!
Safety is our priority, so the trip may be postponed or canceled if weather conditions do not allow for comfortable and safe sailing.
In this case, you will be offered another date or a refund.
